Though I, Melanie, have been a fan of photography for about 35 years, I have been in the business of weddings, families, boudoir and seniors since 2001. We were previously known as Melanie Daler Photography but we're re-branding to a name that better fits our duo and future goals.

      When I met my sweet husband, Sam, we became best friends, parenting partners and soulmates. After he assisted me in carrying photography gear at weddings, I put the extra camera in his hand and found we also share the ability to capture true emotion and provide another perspective, so I taught him everything I know! 

      Whether you are booking me as the head photographer to capture your family's special bond in a family session, your daughter that si about to spread her wings and fly into adulthood, or feel beautiful and rediscover your self confidence in a boudoir session (with me, Sam or both of us) or hiring the "Tangled Love Duo" to capture every moment and emotion of your special wedding day....you are sure to find our fun professionalism that can make anyone feel comfortable, so we're told anyway!  We look forward to being able to catch some beautiful memories for you to treasure forever.
